工作职责：

1.To teach the curriculum established by the school, integrating the curriculum with the school's Educational Objectives;

2.To take the responsibility of designing lesson plans that demonstrate a clear connection between instruction and the curriculum established by the school, selecting and using school-approved teaching strategies and classroom resources, implementing teaching research;

3.To provide a stimulating and effective learning environment for the students in supporting their learning, encouraging students' creative thinking and promote critical inquiry;

4.To maintain close partnership with parents, colleagues and the community;

5.To provide both written reports (termly) and informal communications (where required) to parents on the growth, progress, and attainment of the students;

6.To Create a safe, orderly and supportive classroom atmosphere that is conducive to effective teaching and learning;

7.Other duties as reasonably required by the Principal of International Division.

工作职责：

2. 项目支持：协助参与教育投资项目工作，包括在建学校前期筹备、潜在机会的投资报告分析、并购类标的的研究及分析等；

3. 体系建设：协助投资制度及相关投决体系的建设，会议支撑、会议纪要整理等。

任职要求：

1. 具备优秀的学习能力和数据分析能力，可以快速熟悉和理解业务逻辑；

2. 熟练使用Excel 、PowerPoint、Outlook等办公软件；

3. 不限专业，985，211院校的管理类、理工类专业优先，有券商、咨询公司和四大实习经验者优先，具有良好的沟通协调能力、积极、主动、踏实细心；

4. 要求连续实习3个月及以上，每周至少3天到岗。

4.专研教案、学案，对教学课程、教学环节进行精心设计，提升课堂内涵。

5.遵守职业道德，品德言行为学生表率。

任职要求：

1.优秀的硕士研究生及以上毕业生，具有独立授课的能力；

2.党员或学生干部，在校期间获得一等奖学金、国家奖学金或励志奖学金者优先；

3.在校期间有“课堂竞赛”获奖者优先录用；

4.有才艺、代表性成果者优先录用；

5..获得硕士及以上学位；

6.获得相应学科教师资格证。
